Hubby and I are trying to do a month of eating and drinking healthier. We’re both drinking much more water; I’m drinking the full 2 litres and Peach is nearly there with drinking 2 litres. We are reducing our meal portions and not drinking alcohol (and Peach is cutting out energy drinks).
My intention was to not have my late night chocolate bite with my bedtime fruit tea – I lasted 4 days as tonight I heard the Galaxy calling my name from the fridge 😂😂
I’m not going to call it failure, it’ll be named a blip! As I’ve gone four days and can always start again tomorrow.
For the record, we’re not on a diet, just looking to eat a bit healthier, and feel better in ourselves.
