For well over a year, I have felt like I’ve been living in a shadow of myself. Hiding behind a curtain of anxiety, allowing my insecurities to hide my real desires and worrying way too much what other people may or may not be thinking of me.
I pulled back, made a little cocoon for me and my family and only allowed a few people to see the cracks. And whilst that was what I needed and what my family needed, it wasn’t me, the real me.
I am in such a better place now, I have the most incredible husband and a family that accept me – crazies and all.
I am me, I love fiercely, I wear my heart on my sleeve, I will always be on hand to help anyone that needs it and I will make mistakes. I am learning everyday and now laughing everyday too. 💞
