The noise of bickering, telling tales and various movies/music/games being played on electronics gets too much sometimes. An hours break from it all really helps to clear my head. A great walk around the village with Kylo whilst listening to the amazing @gabbybernstein, helps me to refocus my intentions, release control and be so very grateful for all that I have around me. ❤️
